How do I place an order?

Place your order anytime 24 hours per day, 7 days a week using our website.

 All orders are processed immediately, as available quantities are listed for every all items/SKU.  Items are added to the virtual shopping card and exact shipping is calculated from user entered information or customer profile. 

If a customer wishes to order quantities over current inventory, creating a Back Order, this may be accomplished by completing request thru the CONTACT US link provided.

How soon are orders shipped?

Most items ship within 2 business days of the receipt of your order.  All ammunition is shipped via UPS Ground, as AIR delivery is not allowed for ammunition.  Some states have restrictions for ammunition purchases and The Ammo Store is required to abide by those regulations.

How can I return an item?

Firearms, Ammunition, and Food are not returnable or refundable; all sales are final.

How can I contact Customer Service for information?

Use Contact Us link, complete all fields and provide detailed explanation.  A customer service representative will respond to all inquiries within 48 hours.

Do I pay Sales Tax on my order?

In the South Dakota v. Wayfair sales tax case, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that states can now require out-of-state retailers to collect sales tax on purchases. We collect and remit sales tax to your state in order to comply with that ruling.

IS THIS REQUIRED FOR ALL SALES?

Can I cancel or add to an order once it’s been submitted?

Orders are sent immediately to the warehouse for fulfillment, and shipping of your order, therefore we are not able to cancel or add items to your order once you have placed it.

How can I find out if you’ve received my order?

After you complete your purchase, a confirmation page will be displayed with your web order number and order information. We’ll also email a confirmation to you, so be sure to enter your correct email address when placing an order.

How can I find out when my order was shipped?

You can check the status of your shipment by first logging into your account. Once you’re logged in, click on “My Account” and then “Order History”. Select the order number you wish to track.

If your order has shipped, it will have show the date shipped and the tracking number.

If you have a recent order and there is no tracking information, the order is still being processed.

I forgot my password.  How do I recover it?
